Studies show media can help increase giving

This is probably some of the most exciting news we’ve read in a while. A prof at UBC has concluded from his studies that people who are exposed to media recounting stories of uncommon acts of goodness (Random Acts of Kindness!) are more likely to engage in giving themselves. Giving is truly cyclical. Even the smallest GIVE has the potential to change someone’s day, or even motivate others to give more to those around them. Check out the article, it’s neat-o.
